2.1 If you use or submit any orders (or any subsequent orders) on this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the Terms and Conditions of use, which together with our Privacy Policy govern our relationship (the “Agreement”) with you in relation to this website. If you disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please do not use this website.
2.2 You must be 18 years or over to order online from www.365lemons.com and have full legal capacity.
2.3 All sales and all orders are subject to availability.
3. Making an Order
3.1 To make an order on the Website, you should use the relevant pages.
3.2 If you have a promotion code you can enter it at checkout.
3.3 It is your responsibility to notify us if any of the order information is incorrect as failure to do so may result in non-delivery of any ordered items.
3.4 All orders are subject to acceptance and availability at our sole discretion. We retain the right to cancel/reject orders in the case of item unavailability, incorrect pricing, or your credit or account card is not authorised for the transaction.
3.5 If an ordered item is unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible. We will aim to let you know the next availability date. You retain the right to cancel the unavailable item, upon notification via email, with a full refund. Where your order is for multiple items, the rest of the order will remain valid (including all delivery charges).
4. Order Pricing & Payment
4.1 All items are priced in dollars ($ US) and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
4.2 We reserve the right to change our prices without notification at any time. Items will be charged at the price which was displayed at the time of the order being made in US $.
4.3 Payments are processed securely. At no time will your payment details be transferred or stored through 365 lemons electronic systems. Payment will be taken at the time of order acceptance.
4.4 In the event that payment cannot be processed, the order will not be accepted and will automatically be cancelled. An error message will be displayed on the screen. In such an event, please contact us via the contact page.
4.5 All prices are inclusive of any extras where applicable.
5. Order Processing
5.1 Order acceptance will be confirmed on the screen and an order confirmation email will be sent to the address provided at the time of purchase. We recommend that you retain this email for your record.
5.2 Each order confirmation will contain an order number specific to your transaction which can be used in any further communication.
5.3 Once the order has been accepted and payment has been taken, the order cannot be amended.
6. Delivery
6.1 All orders are processed on the same day or next working day.
6.2 It is your responsibility to provide us with full and correct information at checkout. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if information provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
7. Returns Policy
7.1 We do not accept any return requests for Ebook purchases
8. Promotion Codes
8.1 If you have opted-in to receive information on our products, you may occasionally receive promotion codes or product newsletters from us by e-mail or post.
8.2 Promotion Codes can be applied at checkout.
8.3 Promotion Codes have no monetary value and under no circumstances can they be converted into currency. Each code has an expiry date set at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify the expiry date without notification.
8.4 Promotion Codes cannot be divided into parts. The discount achieved by the use of a Promotion Code must not exceed the total monetary value of the order (excluding delivery costs).
8.5 Some Promotion Codes will specify a minimum amount to be spent in order to be applied.
8.6 Promotion Codes cannot be applied past their expiry dates.
8.7 Only one Promotion Code can be used per order.
